WHEN NO ONE IS HIRING- A Recruiters point of view

As an Executive Recruiter for many years, I have seen the job market at its best and worst. For most of us, this is the worst we’ve ever seen. Recently you may have noticed articles talking about “The Hidden Job Market”.

This is true, while companies are not adding to their headcount, there is some attrition that will take place and they may need to replace that employee.

But what they don’t mention is that employees are hanging on to their jobs for dear life! They realize that there are ten people waiting in line for their job and not only are they going to stay but they are going to work harder and longer. And who could blame them?

Here’s the problem, there are very few, if any jobs out there, more being cut every day. And the “lucky” people that get to keep their jobs are working longer hours and sometimes for less money. When do you think that mentality will change? Even when the economy recovers, that will continue!!

So therefore, you need to decide what kind of life you want for you and your family. Do you want to continue to play this Corporate game, working more for less? Always in fear of losing your job and very livelihood? For what? A J.O.B- which as we all know, means, “Just Over Broke”! This is no way to live.

Some have therefore decided to take back their control and work for themselves. According to the Small Business Administration, 99 percent of employers in the United States are small businesses — many of which are run out of home-offices.

The remaining question most people ask me is “How do I get started” or “What type of Business do I start?” Well, my answer would be to find a business that has a proven track record of success. You don’t need to re-invent the wheel. Follow what the successful people are doing. How do you go about doing that you may be asking yourself?

I invite you to do your homework and find a business that fits your lifestyle and pocketbook. There are many options out there. But know this, you can go and buy a franchise for hundreds of thousands of dollars (if you have that kind of capital) and not see a return on your investment for up to 5 years or more.

Most people don’t have that kind of money or time. There is another option and that’s what I help people do, start their own business for less than it costs for a pizza and a beer. But the best part is that there is absolutely no risk and you can see a return on your investment your first month.

Check out my offer for your FREE e-Book, “6 Concepts to a successful Home Business”. I look forward to assisting you to live your dream of being your own Boss, writing your own paycheck and making your own hours. You are the creator of your life, create something you love!

QUALITY OF LIFE BEGINS IN YOUR MIND

It's not what you have, but what you enjoy that constitutes your abundance.

Your real riches are riches in your head and heart.

Wealth without enjoyment is little consolation.

True satisfaction comes from appreciating what you have.

There are two ways of being happy: you must either diminish your wants or augment your means.

It's always better to appreciate things you can not have than to have the things you can not appreciate.

Your riches will always lie within you, not in your material possessions.

LOVE WHAT YOU DO, OR DO SOMETHING ELSE

You'll never achieve real success unless you like what you're doing.

No one has ever succeeded in a line of endeavor which they did not like.

Your chances of success are directly proportional to the degree of pleasure you derive from what you do.

If you're in a job you hate, face the fact squarely and get out.

It's better to be a failure in something you love, than attempting to be a success in something you don't.

Don't set compensation as a goal.

Find the work you love, and the compensation will follow.

The more you love what you are doing, the more successful it will be for you.

What Makes a Successful Home Business? PART 2

Last time we talked about the first three of six main concepts to success in ANY business. Once you have all six you have the powerhouse ingredients to making your home business successful.

Concept No. 4 – Leverage Your Time
Leverage allows us, as entrepreneurs, to build a successful business, part time, around our busy lifestyle, In essence, leveraging our time allows us to get more done in a shorter period of time with less effort.

This concept applied in business means you can accomplish more than you could normally accomplish on your own.

An example of this is a business owner who employs 100 people, leveraging his time 100 times.

This means he can produce 100 times more than he could by himself. He also gets paid on the efforts of 100 employees.

The problem with this arrangement does not allow for the employee to reap the benefits of leverage, and therefore they are not as productive as the business owner.
Leverage is absolutely critical for a successful home based business in the beginning, and to enjoy a long lasting lifestyle. Your lifestyle is probably very fast paced and hectic already.

Without proper leverage, you would have to be superhuman, or quit your current job to build a business, and I’m sure you’ll agree that would be a bad move. You should first build your business to a level of financial strength, and then possibly consider leaving your current job.
We put a great deal of effort into building our businesses, but our system allows us to accomplish so much more for our efforts in a very short period of time.

After a few short years, we can choose to retire if we like because our income continues to grow. You can literally achieve a higher level of success in a few years, than most people do in an entire lifetime. Now that’s leverage!

Concept No.5 – Product Fulfillment
Another key element is the ability to service your customers at a reasonable cost while maintaining reliability.

With the introduction of the Internet this has become more important than ever before. Our suppliers have an International network and ship to many countries. This allows your customers to receive products shipped to them on your behalf. There is also a support structure and customer relations’ hotline that your consumer group can call to have product related questions answered. This allows you to focus on your marketing efforts so you can work part time and earn a full time income.

Concept No. 6 – Business Structure
The sad statistic is that most small, new businesses fail. Not because they aren’t good, but because the people who start them aren’t able to do everything that is required to be successful.
With our system you can focus on a couple of the aspects required for success so you don’t have to be good at everything.

There is very little accounting related work, just keep simple records of sales, and expenses. We have proven ready-to-use marketing and advertising systems.

You will not need a staff. The suppliers handle product development, order fulfillment, and product delivery.
They also track sales and pay commissions to you each month.

Web site development, design, maintenance, and implementation are handled for you.
In a nutshell, our system allows you to focus on generating sales leads with our proven advertising methods, and allows you to process those leads with our successful mail order and Internet systems. In essence, we have eliminated the other areas of concern, so your chance of success is higher.
Now, a business that utilizes one or more of these concepts is likely to do well. What do you suppose would happen if your business provided for ALL of these? You would have a potential gold mine!

That is exactly the opportunity that you are looking at now. In order for you to understand how our business utilizes these six concepts Visit:

TAKE ACTION NOW!
I look forward to talking with you and working with you in the future.

DAILY MOTIVATION-A GOOD SYSTEM SHORTENS THE ROAD TO A GOAL.

Having an intelligent plan is your first step to success.

With a plan, you know where you're going.

You'll know what progress you're making.

And you'll have a pretty good idea of when you can expect to arrive.

Meticulous planning will enable everything you do to appear spontaneous to other people.

Your goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan.

One in which you fervently believe, and upon which you will vigorously act.

There is no other route to success.

What do you want to achieve or avoid?

The answers to these questions are your objectives.

How do you go about achieving your desired results?

The answer to this will be your strategy.

A good plan permits you to frame your life so that at sometime in the future fact and your dreams will meet.

Success or failure is often determined on the drawing board.

What makes a successful home business? PART 1 of a 2 PART SERIES

It’s hard, sometimes, to even THINK about changing your life in the middle of living your life! But, please allow me to give you three more reasons why you can and SHOULD change it. Let’s think, for just a minute, about what that would take.

What makes a successful home business?

Let’s take a minute to analyze the first three of six main concepts to success in any business. If you understand the concepts, and incorporate them into your home business, you have the potential for success beyond your wildest imagination!

Concept No. 1 – Market Position

Which do you think would be a better market to tap into? Typewriter sales, or personal computer sales? In this case it’s obvious. Typewriters are pretty much obsolete, but personal computers are in high demand. Therefore we know which of these markets is expanding and which one isn’t. Even if you did make the right choice, you would still have to know how to effectively get your share of the business available. Just hanging a sign on your door saying “PC’s sold here” wouldn’t enable you to effectively take your share of the market.

So how do you position yourself in front of a “Huge Expanding Market”? First you need to identify the fastest growing industries. We’ve done the research, and we’ll share it with you.

Imagine positioning yourself in front of several industries with combined annual revenues in excess of 1.7 TRILLION dollars, while working in your home and utilizing the power of mail order and Internet marketing to build your business.

Concept No. 2 – Market an “Exclusive, Consumable Product”

A consumable product is one that people use, and replace regularly. What that amounts to for the one providing the service or product is repeat business, repeat purchases, and a daily cash flow. A great example of this is breakfast cereal; this is a huge consumable product. Kelloggs’ does over $6.94 billion dollars a year in sales! Imagine millions of $3.00 or $4.00 sales several times a month, year after year, after year!

The ideal home business is one that markets consumable products or services in such a way that after your initial effort is done, repeat orders; sales and commissions come to you for the rest of your life.

Any consumable product has to be in high demand. It also has to be unique, exclusive and not readily available in stores. The ideal arrangement would be if the only way a consumer could get the product or service would be through you. The next concept will help you make the right choice of such exclusive products or services.

Concept No. 3 – Take advantage of “Large, Enduring Trends”

A “Market Trend” is really an economic movement, meaning that large masses of people’s spending habits are moving in a uniform direction. History shows that those who identify these trends early, and are able to meet the needs of these trends, are able to create abundant wealth for themselves.

In essence they get in front of a financial wave and ride it to economic freedom! The key is timing. Get in front of the wave and take the ride of a lifetime; start too late and you’re waiting for the next “Big Wave” to ride on. If you don’t pay attention, you stand to miss out on a fortune!

So, how can we predict such trends today? We’ll discuss this in detail when you contact me at
http://profile.to/charlenesummers/

Okay! It’s your turn! Time to make a decision! Catch the wave today!

I’m looking forward to working with you toward your dreams and goals!

Discover the Talent inside YOU!

In life, there is nothing worse than regret. I would hate to come to the end of life and discover that I had been given some talent, and I never used it.
I do not want to be filled with regret for opportunities I could have seized and things I could have accomplished but never did for the lack of effort.
If we seek to discover out talents and abilities early in life, we can reach success more quickly than if we wait until we stumble upon those talents later.
What talent do you have that you haven't been using? Do not jump to the conclusion that you don’t not have other talents. How do you know before you try? And how many things are there that you have not yet tried?

We might as well have no ability at all if we're just going to sit on the talent we possess or if that talent never gets discovered. I guarantee you that you have talents inside you that are not yet discovered! We all do!
My challenge to you is that you not only discover what useful abilities you have, but to commit to use those abilities as you build your business, you many uncover new abilities.

As you focus on your critical Business-Building Activities, you may discover things about yourself. You may find that you are a leader and a mentor. You may find that you are a more friendly, outgoing person than you thought.

The point is take action, do things that are not comfortable or familiar, and begin the discovery process. Start looking for the talents and the abilities you don't know you have, and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the gifts you find. Then commit to use those abilities every day!

Although we all face challenges in our lives, we also have been give the ability to overcome them. If you focus on discovering what you can do, and put aside the ineffective activities that don't make use of your potential, you can grow and develop in ways you never dreamed possible.

Go in search of your abilities, overcome limitations, and choose to focus the use of your time on effective activities. I guarantee that if you do this, you will have no need to look back with regrets!

SUCCESS IS YOURS IF YOU WANT IT

You have control over your life.

Success or failure is up to you.

You control how lucky you are.

You create your wealth with your effort.

There are no age limits on when you can transform your life.

Change is possible at any time.

It is essential if you want to grow.

The doubts you'll experience along the way are part of life.

Make a plan to attain your success and stick to it.

Your life is a marathon, not a short sprint.

Accept total responsibility for your actions and remove "QUIT" from your vocabulary.

Decide you want success and it can be yours.

Success is always your choice.

DAILY MOTIVATION-Service is the Essence of Success

All successful people became successful, because they gave some talent or ability in the service of others.

No one achieves success without being of service.

Successful people don't use others, other people use the successful, for above all success is about service.

Everyone has to be someone to someone to be anyone.

DAILY MOTIVATION- EACH FAILURE IS A STEP CLOSER TO SUCCESS

People who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

Experiencing failure is inevitable on your journey to be successful.

Each defeat is merely an installment to victory.

You'll find that the number of times you succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times you fail and keep trying.

Y0u won't be judged by the number of times you fail, but by the number of times you succeed.

Failure is nothing but education, nothing but the first step to something better.

You can't be a winner and be afraid to lose.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Something magical happens when we accept personal responsibility for our behavior and our results.
But, it's not easy, because it's human nature to "pass the buck" – when people struggle, many times they find themselves blaming others, blaming the economy, blaming this, blaming that.

Mature leaders know that when things go wrong in their business or their life, you can always find the culprit - in the mirror. In nearly every instance, it always comes back to choices you’ve made in life that put you exactly where you are today.

As a leader one of the most important things you can do in times of change is to get your team to understand how taking personal responsibility and recognizing problems as opportunities will not only help the company, but will help them as individuals.

Authors B.J. Gallagher and Steve Ventura wrote a great little book about achieving success through personal accountability titled: Who Are "They" Anyway?

I like their list showing how each individual in the company can benefit by adopting a "Personal Accountability Attitude":

You have more control over your destiny
You become an active contributor rather than a passive observer
Others look to you for leadership
You gain the reputation as a problem solver
You enhance your career opportunities
You enjoy the satisfaction that comes from getting things done...the power of positive doing
You experience less anger, frustration and helplessness - all leading to better physical health
You realize a positive spillover effect into your personal life at home

The most important words of personal responsibility are as follows:
The 10 most important words: I won't wait for others to take the first step.

The 9 most important words: If it is to be, it's up to me.

The 8 most important words: If not me, who? If not now, when?

The 7 most important words: Let me take a shot at it.

The 6 most important words: I will not pass the buck.

The 5 most important words: You can count on me.

The 4 most important words: It IS my job!

The 3 most important words: Just do it!

The 2 most important words: I will.

The most important word: Me

Frank Tyger said it best..."Your future depends on many things, but mostly yourself."

DAILY MOTIVATION- YOUR ASPIRATIONS ARE YOUR POSSIBILITIES

The first ingredient of your success is to dream a great dream.

You must dream big and think big to be big.

High expectation always precedes high achievement.

You're as small as your controlling desires, or as great as your dominant aspirations.

Once your mind stretches to a new idea it will never go back to its original dimensions.

If you dream of little goals you can expect little achievement.

Dream of big goals and you'll win big success.

DAILY MOTIVATION-IT'S NOT OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER

The power to hold on in spite of everything, to endure, this is the quality of a winner.

Your greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every time you fail.

It's your constant and determined effort that will eventually break down all resistance and sweep all the barriers before you.

Persistence means taking pains to overcome every obstacle, to do all that's necessary to reach your goal. All great achievements require time.

Endurance is the crowning quality of success.

DAILY MOTIVATION- YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON HARMONY & COOPERATION

The world is primarily constituted on the basis of harmony.

Everything works in cooperation with something else.

Personal relationships are the fertile soil from which all advancement, all success, all achievement in real life grows.

Put yourself in another's place.

Only then will you know why they think and do certain things.

Once you understand how quickly people will grant your requests when those requests appeal to their self interest, you can have practically anything you go after.

It's through cooperation not conflict, that you'll achieve your greatest success.

Your Personal Economic Stimulus Plan

When we act according to our beliefs, life just seems to be better! All to often, however, we act like the doctor just gave us a life sentence of a heart murmur and to be careful.
If we think we've reached our limits, we have. If we think the economy is bad, it probably is. But reality is not always what we think or hear.
You see, we have to enlarge our vision and thinking. In today's economy, those who are prospering are those who think they can.
Are you thinking, "I'm going to have an extraordinary year!" or are you thinking, "Boy, this is going to be a tough year"? I hear many people saying, "I'm just going to weather the storm." And, you know, that's exactly what they'll do- weather the storm. Instead, we should be saying, "I love the rain, It's my time to prosper"

This kind of personal outlook is not ignorance or turning a blind eye to the realities of the economy. Not hardly! It's an outlook that won't let others dictate your own personal action. All the experts are saying it's going to get worse before it gets better. That may be true for foreclosures and the economy, but not for us individually.

Don't talk yourself into having a bad year. Sooner or later, you're hard work will catch up with you! When you decide now is the time for your business to grow, great things will happen: your countenance changes, your mind works better, you get new ideas, you have a fresh new perspective and you get into the habit of acting in a way that fulfills those ideas.

The courage to take a risk is the direct result of believing something great is in store for you! I see small business owners in my business prospering like never before because of the current economic conditions. Does the economy have an impact on your business? It sure does. It's a huge opportunity if we treat it that way:

Customers want more value for their dollar. We have the answer.

People need an extra $500 a month to make ends meet. We have the answer.
People want to get out of debt. We have the answer.

I can offer 3 simple solutions to your own economic turnaround. You could look at this as your individual economic stimulus plan:
1. Stop looking back; look forward:
You cannot control the past. If your 401(k) is down by 40%, no amount of worry of anxiety can get it back. If you wish you had less debt, sleepless nights won't fix it. Look forward. You can't change where you've been- only where you're going. And look at what you've learned! You appreciate things more, you understand how to avoid mistakes, and you are wiser than ever before!
2. Get to work. It feels better and it works!
A natural result of an economic crisis is for people to experience fear, confusion and stress. For some, this leads to distress, hopelessness, and a feeling that they are powerless to change the situation. This state of imbalance leaves many frozen and unable to act or decide on the best course of action. When we act on what we can control, things improve. And with every improvement comes the sense that we can prevail.

3. Cheer up!
Smile. Get happy. Tell a joke. Laughter will make all the difference. Laughter relieves stress, brings light into any room, and when you are happy and enthusiastic, those around you will follow your example.
Share some humor. Be encouraging. Be hopeful. Share that feeling of joy to those around you. I love this funny story I read recently:
"Hospital regulations require a wheelchair for patients being discharged. However, while working as a student nurse, I found one elderly gentleman already dressed and sitting on the bed with a suitcase at his feet, who insisted he didn't need my help to leave the hospital. After a chat about rules being rules, he reluctantly let me wheel him to the elevator. On the way down I asked him if his wife was meeting him. "I don't know, he said, she's still upstairs in the bathroom changing out of her hospital gown".
Now is our time! You can turn the economic downturn into a prosperous reality. If you're looking for a business, you've come to the right place. We are positioned to assist you in every aspect of building a business and making it successful, our success depends on it!

We are thrilled to have you as a part of our mission of helping others. I am certain of our future.

You are in the right place at the right time, and together we can make a big difference in your future and the future of those around you.

Have a great month!

CHANGE CAN BE A POSITIVE PART OF LIFE

You must avoid breaking when things don't go your way.
You'll always be secure to the degree that you accept change.
True security comes from being able to bend your insecurities.
Recognize and accept that change will inevitably take place.
You'll become secure, not by standing still, but by growing, moving, and staying energized.
Be secure in the knowledge that you can deal with anything that happens to you.
Have the courage to bet on your ideas. Take some calculated risks and act on your dreams.
There is no permanent security on this earth, there is only opportunity.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO LIVE YOUR DREAMS

Your mind is your mental workshop.

You can build anything you want in it.

Visualize what you want in your mind.See it. Feel it. Taste it. Believe in it.

Make your mental blue printand then begin to build.

First, think about what you want out of life. The beginning always takes place in your imagination.

Then organize your thoughts into definitive plans.

Next, it's time to transform your thoughts into reality by taking some positive action.

Visualize then actualize your success.

DAILY MOTIVATION- DON'T BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, DEPEND ON THEM

You don't need an explanation for everything.
There are such things as miracles, events for which there are no ready explanations.
Future knowledge may explain these events quite simply.
Any form of sufficiently advanced technology can be quite indistinguishable from magic when it's introduced for the first time.
Seeing, hearing, feeling are all miracles as well as each part of you.
Seeing is not always believing.
You know much more than you understand.
Have the vision to see invisible things.

SUCCESS IS YOURS IF YOU WANT IT!

The economy seems caught in a downward spiral: Low sales numbers scare the stock market, companies cut jobs to balance their books, frightened consumers clutch their cash tighter, and the spiral continues.

With unemployment now at a 16-year high and holiday sales at a 38-year low, it's hard to see how things could get worse, But that doesn't mean they won't.

The U.S market had been sucker-punched, and it seems to dazed to defend itself.

Yet, in this gloomy context, our company is posting higher annual sales numbers then ever before. We are providing an incomparable wealth-building system and life-enhancing products to more families this year then in any previous year.
While consumers scale back on luxuries and products they can do without, our necessity products keep filling cupboards across the continent.

This success isn't limited to the company. As entrepreneurs and customers seek for stability, for a company they can trust, professionals are finding a business that offers them a chance to rise above the downward spiral.

They discover we offer something extremely rare in today's economic climate: true residual income their families can rely on.

We have found that the future's bright no matter what the economy is doing!
I invite you to find out how they've found peace of mind and financial success.

DAILY MOTIVATION-ACCEPT CHANGE WITH A SMILE

Sooner or later you'll experience a crisis in your life, and how you meet it will determine your future happiness and success.
Since the beginning of time, everyone has been called upon to meet such a crisis.
A closer look will show you that most "crisis situations"are opportunities to either advance or stay where you are.
In fact, most changes in your life will take place out of either"inspiration" or "desperation."
Whatever comes your way, give it meaning and transform it into something of value.
Your personal growth is the process of responding positively to change.
A precious stone cannot be polished without friction, nor humanity perfected without trials.

The Secret to Success is really not a secret at all

Hard work!!!
It doesn't sound very appealing!
It's old-fashioned and it surely is not considered romantic!
But it is the key to almost every successful business venture on the continent!!!
When people ask me, "What is the key to building a successful Business?" I know they are looking for some profound statement of magic formula. But the answer is very simple. Clearly, all those who have created the most successful businesses have one thing in common: They are hard workers-very hard workers! And they are persistent!
In our business, persistence seems to trump all other noble traits! People who keep going, never give up and never quit always make it to the finish line!
The good news about all this is that success can be had by every single person who wants it bad enough! There is no elusive "magic formula" that is attainable by the "fortunate" or the "few" who discover it!
Success appears to be an absolute sure thing for those who persistently work hard at right activities.
It takes discipline to own your own business-deciding what hours to open for business and when to be closed for the day, etc.-especially if you are used to working for a boss who has always told you what time to come in and what time to go home.
It's kind of like when the kids go off to college. It's a real test to see if they can get themselves to do their homework and get to bed on time so they can get adequate rest.
Only those who know where they want to go and discipline themselves to set aside time on a daily basis to build their business will reach their dreams.
To be sure, there are many distractions. In our world there are literally thousands of ways we can spend our free time. Working our business can always wait "one more day". If you have a "part-time" business, it makes it even more difficult to stay focused.
We get caught up doing things that seem more urgent (or more fun) for the moment. Yet it is clear that only those who are disciplined and stay focused on their goals will reach them.
So what's the solution? How do you discipline yourself to get out and get to work? My counsel is to first write down your goals. Sit down and decide where you want to be 10 years from now, five years from now, and one year from now.
Then develop a plan to get there. WRITE IT DOWN! Make a commitment to yourself as to what you are going to do to make your dreams come true! Remind yourself that this is your life! You are alive right now! You can't keep waiting until you can find the time! Life is passing you by! THIS IS IT! Let's not waste it!
Let's make the absolute most of it that we can! Share your goals, commitments, and plans with someone else. We get more committed when we till others what we plan to do. And then follow through!
OR you could wait until you have more time, but then nothing changes, does it?

DAILY MOTIVATION-YOU ALWAYS HAVE ENOUGH TIME IF YOU USE IT WISELY

Your dilemma goes deeper than having a shortage of time,it's basically a problem of priorities.

Most people leave undone those things that should be done, while they do things that they shouldn't be doing.

Set priorities for your goals.A major part of successful living lies in your ability to put first things first.

Most major goals are not achieved because people put second things first.

Is what your doing getting you closer to your objectives?

Anything that is wasted effort represents wasted time.

Don't serve time, make time serve you.

THE POWER OF DISCIPLINE

“To get what you've never had, you must do what you've never done.”

Understanding this short quote can be the difference between winning or losing; between greatness or mediocrity. It captures the essence of discipline.

Why are some people more successful than others? Why do some people make more money, live happier lives and accomplish much more in the same number of years than the great majority?

One quality that most philosophers, teachers and experts agree on is the importance of self-discipline. As Al Tomsik summarized it years ago, “Success is tons of discipline.”

Kop Kopmeyer, a legend in the field of success and achievement who wrote four large books, each of which contained 250 success principles that he had derived from more than fifty years of research and study was asked this question, “Of all the one thousand success principles that you have discovered, which do you think is the most important?”

Without hesitation he replied, “The most important success principle of all was stated by Thomas Huxley many years ago.
He said, 'Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not.'”

He went on to say, “There are 999 other success principles that I have found in my reading and experience, but without self-discipline, none of them work.”

Self-discipline is the key to personal greatness.
It is the magic quality that opens all doors for you, and makes everything else possible.

With self-discipline, the average person can rise as far and as fast as his talents and intelligence can take him.

But without self-discipline, a person with every blessing of background, education and opportunity will seldom rise above mediocrity.

DAILY MOTIVATION- SUCCESS IS A STATE OF MIND

If you truly want to be successful, start thinking of yourself as successful.

The only thing that stands between you and what you want from life, is simply the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.

There is nothing on earth that you can't have, once you mentally accept the fact that you can have it.

The feeling must come first. If you actually feel successful, if you have a deep inner conviction that you'll always have all that you need, it will be so.

Whatever your mind can conceive and believe in, your mind can help you achieve.

Strength in the Midst of the Storm

The numbers are staggering. Not since the Great Depression has the U.S economy faced such a myriad of economic troubles as we're seeing lately.
Just a few moths ago, people were describing it as just "tough times". In the months since, those though times have blown into a full-fledged economic crisis.

In October, the U.S. unemployment rate hit 6.5 percent, the highest level in 14 years. Many experts expect that rate to jump to as high as 8 percent by the end of the next year.

More than 1.2 million jobs have been lost in 2008, according to the Dept. of Labor. That means less money in the pockets of everyday Americans, which translates into less money being pumped back into the economy.

But those numbers don't tell the whole story. The Wall Street Journal recently reported that, since January, 209,000 retail works have been scaled back from full-time to part-time hours.
Companies area laying off employees by the thousands, and those who are lucky enough to keep their jobs are seeing their wages decrease.

The credit crises has crippled established banks like Washington Mutual, toppled financial giants like Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers and buried insurance companies like AIG. All of this has sent the stock market reeling, as the Dow Jones Industrial has seen 40 percent of its value disappear since last December.

But there is light in the midst of the storm. You need to look no further than recent history to see that entrepreneurs with home-base businesses are poised to not only weather the economic crisis, but thrive in the midst of it.

During the worldwide recession in the early 1990s, while other companies began cutting back and slashing their payrolls, we experiences explosive growth. In fact, our astounding five-year run on the Inc. 500 began in 1990 and continued through the recession.

But that's only half the story. The other half is the thousands of people who stand to benefit from our unique business even in the middle of economic turmoil.
Consider for a moment what $500 or $1000 extra per month can mean in today's economy.
With thousands of families struggling to pay their bills and make their mortgage payments, how many of them would relish the opportunity to earn a few hundred extra dollars per month?

DAILY MOTIVATION-LOOK AT THINGS AS THEY CAN BE

Your range of available choices right now has no limits.

The only limits you have are in your mind. You've got it in you to succeed.

Just make up your mind and stick with it.You weren't born with any limits on your powers or any set limits to your capacity.

At any moment, you have more possibilities than you can act upon.

Imagine your possibilities and your vision expands.

Capture your dreams in your mind and your life becomes full.

Reach out and touch the limits of your being in your mind.

You can, because you think you can.

Our Future Depends on Our Focus

Where we end up in life depends largely on our focus
There are so many opportunities that are available to us with regard to how we spend our time, and what we choose to focus on-yet because time is limited we cannot choose all opportunities at once. We can do only one thing at a time.

Choosing one opportunity limits us from choosing another, we must choose wisely. Those who choose to seek success, whether it be in business or any other aspect of their lives, would be well-served to focus on the key factors that bring success.

Regardless of where we are in life- whether we are young, middle-aged, or getting old-if we are alive, we have an opportunity. That opportunity will not be there forever. Time itself has its ways of consuming opportunity.
Therefore, when an opportunity presents itself, if we decide to pursue that opportunity, we should do so wholeheartedly, with enthusiasm and with focus.

What we focus on today will determine our tomorrow. Our happiness, our success and our future depends on what we spend our time thinking about and working on.
When things are not going well in our lives, we would be wise to take a moment to step back and analyze how we have been spending our time and what we are allowing our minds to focus on.

We can get past almost any hardship or almost any challenge by focusing our minds on those things that will cause us to move forward, to seek out the positives of the situation, to choose to be happy, to look on the bright side, and to be involved only in those activities that are conducive to success and moving ahead.

We are focused on providing an opportunity for people to get ahead in life. It is our hope to free people from the limitations of not enough time and not enough money.

We are grateful for those who have joined us in this endeavor. We encourage people to take charge of their lives and take action to turn their dreams into reality.

That process always begins with taking charge of our minds and focusing on productive thoughts and activities.

Our future really does depend on our focus! We just need to direct our minds, our thoughts and our actions in that direction.

DAILY MOTIVATION- YOUR SUCCESS IS CLOSER THAN YOU THINK

Every situation, properly perceived, becomes an opportunity. But you have to act on them if you're going to be successful.
Distant pastures always look greener than those close at hand, but real opportunities are right where you are.You must simply take advantage of them when they appear.
You can start where you are at any time. Success is all around you. It's not in your environment, it's not in luck or chance,or in the help of others. Success is in you alone.
You don't need more strength or more ability or greater opportunity. What you need is to use what you have.
Learn to seize good fortune, for it is always around you. You must go to success, it doesn't come to you.
Open your own doors to opportunity.
